A few months ago my friends James and Jodi asked me to do family photos for them before their third child popped out.  Well in my typical lateness of getting things blogged child number three is a month or two old by now…. Oops… sorry about that. 

James and Jodi are both talented photographers themselves so they know what it’s like shooting kids.  And their kids are generally pretty good, I can only think of one time it didn’t go well… and we got good photos that day as well so I guess it wasn’t bad.  ;)

So when I was doing my Pin-Up shoot with Chelsea, I was also shooting with Alli.  Alli was helping Chelsea get ready, and then when shooting with Chelsea, Alli got ready. 

We started with some Pin-Up style glamour, or maybe it would be glamour style Pin-Up.  Who know, who cares? 

Anyway, so the next set was based on the Poison Ivy cartoon character.  Or at least I think it is.   Regardless, I thought it looked pretty cool and this isn’t the first time I’ve done photos of Alli with stuff glued to her. 

I enjoyed spending time with Alli, we haven’t done many photos lately.  We are both too busy, but I’m hoping that since I’ve got summer coming up I’ll have some time that I can work around her schedule and get some photos in with her.

In my typical “I should have done something with these photos a couple of months ago fashion,” I would like to show you some photos from my pin-up session with Chelsea a few months ago.  This was the first time that I had worked with Chelsea and she was a pleasant surprise and a lot of fun to do photos with.

We made use of Micheal White’s studio at Depth of Life Photography down in Little Rock, thanks again Micheal and my thanks to Alli for introducing me to Chelsea.  :)

Shawnda was referred to me by Shallyn, another one of my senior clients, which I think is awesome.  It means she is a happy customer.  And Shawnda was just as much fun to work with as Shallyn. 

Shawnda has a dance studio where she teaches dance with her younger sister, which I think is very cool.  Neither of them is even out of high school and they have their own business.

When she told me about her studio I knew we had to do photos there.  They would be unique to her and have more meaning there than just shooting in a studio.

And after we got done there we went to Sand Creek for something a little more country.

I’m sorry its been so long since I’ve updated, but I’ve been busy with school and work.  But now I’m on the downhill slope for the semester and things are easing up.

My friend Alli needed a subject to do hair and makeup on for a class project and I suggested she contact Lacey.  Lacey is a wonderful model to work with and an absolute dear to be around.  I think they both did a wonderful job.  :)
